No Bake Oat Matcha Bars

My no bake oat Matcha bars are better than any store-bought version you can get your hands on. Healthy, delicious, and loaded with the good stuff. Check out the easy recipe.

 3 cups oats
 1 cup naturally dried cranberries
 ¼ cup non-salted toasted pumpkin seeds
 ¼ cup non-salted toasted whole almonds
  cup natural peanut butter
 5 tbsp natural honey
 1 ½ tbsp Matcha powder

In a large pan, toast oats on medium heat for 15 Minutes, while continuously stirring them.

In a large deep plate, mix toasted oats, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Add peanut butter, honey, and sift Matcha powder into the plate. Use a large spoon, or your hands, to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Be sure that the mixture is sticky. Add more honey if needed.

Line an 25*20 pan with parchment paper. With a rubber spatula, Press mixture into pan and press firmly making sure that the mixture covers all corners of the pan and is smooth and even on top. Place in refrigerator for approximately 1 Hour, until set.

Cut into 8 bars and Enjoy!
