Sweet tender baked pears, stuffed with creamy cranberry goat cheese, pistachios for a little crunch, and fresh rosemary for a beautiful finish. Drizzle with honey and enjoy as an appetizer, snack, or dessert! I personally serve them for dessert after a rich meal. So simple and full of flavor. Here's the recipe!
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a medium baking dish with parchment paper.
Cut the pears in half then core them. You want to create a hole to stuff them.
Divide the crumbled goat cheese and the chopped pistachios among the pears, then transfer to the baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 Minutes, or until the pears are soft.
Generously drizzle with honey right after you remove them from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
