Gently heat the milk and cream in a small saucepan until small bubbles appear on the surface. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the chopped chocolate, returning the saucepan on low heat if needed for the chocolate to melt completely. Add the honey and cinnamon. Whisk until combined.
Serve warm in large cups, topped with lots of whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Enjoy!
